About the Role
As an Environmental Services Professional with HCSG, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and clients. You will be responsible for performing housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing trash. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Estimated salary: $12-$15 per hour based on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties in assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, floors, and commodes
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing patient room furniture, sitting rooms, and dining room furniture
• Removal and disposal of trash
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and clients
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies required
