Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital. As a member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a NICU setting preferred
