Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Concourse Club, a rooftop lounge venue atop a luxury hotel. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a memorable experience through our high-end cocktails and fine dining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and food to guests in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including cocktails, wine, and small plates, to effectively recommend and upsell to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and efficient execution of orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a professional server in a high-volume lounge, bar, or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations to guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the shift.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
