Position Overview

The Floor Technician is responsible for executing assigned tasks related to the stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning of various floor surfaces. This role typically operates on a schedule from Monday to Friday, with additional shifts every other weekend.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must fulfill all requirements for approval to work in specific ATS environments, including a ten-year work history if available.
  • Prior experience as a Floor Technician is required.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • At least one year of similar work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned tasks related to the stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning of floors.
  • Assist with special projects as needed and be willing to undertake additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and repairs of all equipment and facilities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in all work areas.
  • Provide assistance during emergencies as required.
  • May be expected to perform basic repairs.
  • Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
