Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and racks according to engineering specifications and initial samples.
  • Adhere to attendance policies consistently.
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures diligently.
  • Utilize both manual and powered tools, fasteners, and materials to complete assembly tasks.
  • Ensure quality control of parts and racks throughout the assembly process.
  • Verify the form, function, and fit of parts and racks before they are moved from the assembly line.
  • Assist with line transitions as necessary.
  • Support other departments as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards and uphold safety at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: No formal education required.
Experience
  • Proficient in basic shop mathematics and capable of converting decimals to fractions.
  • Ability to read a calibrated measuring tape.
  • Skilled in interpreting blueprints.
  • Capable of understanding documents presented in various formats, including safety guidelines, operational instructions, and quality manuals.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment with a focus on maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a forklift certification.
  • Able to identify and measure materials accurately.
