Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure a visually appealing store.
  • Cash Handling and Operations: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other store team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and provide support as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is required.
