At The Staff Pad, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
  • Meets the communication needs of the patient and family.
  • Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations under the supervision of the ICU Physician.
  • Additionally, must be able to perform general nursing duties in all departments under the scope of RN license.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Current Tennessee RN license
  • Current BLS certification, ACLS and PALS
  • One year of hospital experience preferred
  • Proficient in interpreting EKG, lab tests, etc.
