Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and monitor the physiological and psychological needs of patients to develop appropriate anesthetic plans.
  • Administer and manage anesthesia during surgical procedures.
  • Monitor and address changes in patient status throughout operations, including vital signs.
  • Observe patients post-anesthesia to identify any adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and service coordination.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of nursing staff, medical technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Stay informed on current trends and advancements in the field through literature and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude with both staff and patients.
