- Administer and manage anesthesia during surgical procedures.
- Monitor and address changes in patient status throughout operations, including vital signs.
- Observe patients post-anesthesia to identify any adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and service coordination.
- Lead and coordinate a team of nursing staff, medical technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives as needed.
- Stay informed on current trends and advancements in the field through literature and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude with both staff and patients.
