Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Global Village Academy. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and building our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• School Newsletters: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of regular newsletters to our school communities, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
• Website Updates: Manage and update content across four school websites, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of our brand and values.
• Community Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with local preschools and community organizations, promoting our Global Village programs and fostering solid relationships.
• Social Media Content: Support the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various platforms, helping to build our online presence and engage with our community.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all communication channels.
• Data Management: Assist in tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in education or nonprofit marketing is a plus.
