Job Overview

Rise Modular is a leading manufacturer of modular buildings, serving the multi-family apartment, hospitality, student housing, and affordable housing sectors.

We are seeking a skilled Sheathing and Decking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for applying OSB sheeting on our modular units and preparing and installing windows.

Responsibilities
  • Apply OSB sheeting to modular units according to specifications
  • Prepare and install windows in a group setting
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Experience in construction or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to operate air fasteners and other power tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and math skills
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
