Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

PTS Advance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process designs for gas treating facilities, including CO2 and H2S treating, Propane Refrigeration units, Condensate/NGL Stabilizers, JT units, and TEG Dehydrators
  • Review customer specifications and provide technical input on new quotes and project development
  • Lead the development of bid/quote packages, including Heat and Material Balance, Equipment Sizing, Major Equipment List (MEL), Cost Sheet, and Plant Layout
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and drafting deliverables meet quality and safety standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project management and operations teams on process modeling, plant troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
  • 7-10 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on gas treating and process optimization
  • Proficiency in process simulation software, such as ProMax
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
