HRG is seeking a highly skilled Civil/Municipal/Water Resources Project Manager to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing civil/municipal/water resources projects related to public infrastructure, including roadways, stormwater systems, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage civil/municipal/water resources projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee project designs and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Prepare and administer construction contracts, ensuring accurate and timely payment to contractors.
  • Manage financial resources and project profitability, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Represent municipal clients, providing expert advice and guidance on project-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil, municipal, and water resources engineering, including municipal representation, stormwater management, roads, utilities, construction administration, ordinance and plan review, environmental permits, and grant applications.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems, and stormwater-related software.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid US driver's license and ability to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices.
