- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest surgical techniques and best practices.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
- Current RN licensure and BCLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical setting, preferably in a Level II Trauma Center.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
