We're looking for a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customers' needs and provide personalized maintenance recommendations
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., automotive service, maintenance)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • English fluency (Spanish bilingualism a plus)
