Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for conducting assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assembly work applying prescribed methods to ensure high-quality results.
- Collect and document test data using databases and office programs.
- Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions.
- Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
- Follow audit and safety guidelines.
- Participate in continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Background in precision mechanical assembly and low-volume, sophisticated manufacturing processes preferred.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement a plus.
- Previous assembly experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus.
- Experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Division-Specific Outlook and Access).
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Ability to use appropriate PPE.
- Ability to analyze and address problems independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to support projects, perform training, and work efficiently in low-volume production.
- Self-motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, successful in partnering with colleagues of differing cultural, language, and educational backgrounds.
