We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at The Brookdale Hospital Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of our department, ensuring efficient and compliant operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to administrative team members and supervisors, guiding them towards achieving department objectives.
- Develop, communicate, and build consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
- Coordinate administrative functions, plans, and supports program development of the department/division.
- Monitor program components relative to criteria by regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with the Research Institute to oversee Research operations.
- Manage department/division in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Support and assist with key functions, including scheduling, insurance verification, co-pay collection, charge capture, and referral management.
- Oversee daily operations and all non-clinical personnel in the division and all related areas.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience, required.
The position requires prolonged periods of standing, reaching, walking throughout the working day. The position will be required to stoop, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
