Automotive Painter

Carvana is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Auto Painter to join our team. As a key member of our paint team, you will be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and applying water-based paint to vehicles in our state-of-the-art paint booths.

• Match and mix paint colors to achieve precise color matches
• Apply water-based paint to vehicles using our advanced paint booths
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production and high-quality results

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
