  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.\
  • Create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.\
  • Build and maintain relationships with local communities, industry influencers, and partners.\
  • Represent the brand at local events, fairs, and other outreach opportunities as needed.\
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and social media developments to ensure we are a leader in our digital space.\
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance, brand awareness, and other key metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.\
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.\
  • The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in brand management and/or social media marketing, preferably in real estate, senior housing, healthcare, or a related industry.\
  • The estimated salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.\
