At Metric Geo, we're seeking a skilled Restoration Consultant to join our team in Seattle, Washington.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough investigations, surveys, and tests to identify and diagnose structural issues in existing buildings.
  • Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to project requirements and budget standards.
  • Develop repair schemes and recommendations based on condition appraisals.
  • Coordinate with engineers and technical personnel for office projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in structural or architectural engineering or a relevant field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the forensic and/or restoration field.
  • Significant project management experience.
