Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Firefighter/EMTs to join our team at Global Medical Response Inc. As an Industrial Firefighter/EMT, you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, providing medical care, and maintaining fire and rescue equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients
  • Operate and maintain fire and rescue equipment
  • Participate in training and drills to stay up-to-date on firefighting techniques and procedures
  • Work effectively as a team member to achieve common goals
  • Meet the physical requirements necessary to perform firefighting tasks
Requirements:
  • 18 years old
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • EMT-B certification
  • AHA CPR/AED certification
  • Physical Agility Fitness Test
  • State, IFSAC, or PROBOARD Firefighter 1 certification
  • Hazardous Materials Operations certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hazardous Materials Technician certification
  • Confined Space Rescue Technician certification
  • Trench Rescue certification
  • Swiftwater Rescue certification
  • State, IFSAC, or PROBOARD Firefighter 2 certification
  • NFPA 1081, Industrial Fire Brigade Member certification
