About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Host Home Provider to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home setting. As a Host Home Provider, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for these individuals to thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care.
• Encourage socialization and community involvement, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
• Collaborate with the individual's support team to develop and implement personalized plans, addressing their unique needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and healthy home environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years old or older.
• Documentation of home ownership or rental agreement.
• Proof of homeowner's or renter's insurance or personal property insurance.
• Completion of Host Home Study requirements, including training and certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid vehicle insurance.
• Ability to pass criminal background and registry checks, as well as a drug screen.
