Receptionist - Atlantic

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Conviva Care Centers. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

• Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests
• Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving patient issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Utilize computer-based practice management software to perform administrative tasks

• 2+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
• Knowledge of MS Office and practice management software

• 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish proficiency
• Experience with EMR systems such as E-Clinical Works, Epic, Athena Health, and/or NextGen
