Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back-of-House Cook to join our team at Iowa Wings, LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature wings to the highest standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook wings to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet customer demands and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, as required.
