Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Overview of Role: This is a part-time, hourly position dedicated to assisting youth and families across the community.
  • The ideal candidate should be reliable, dedicated, and capable of serving as a constructive role model for young individuals in various environments, including community, educational, and domestic settings.
  • The Advocate's primary duties include initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and executing direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families.
  • All service strategies will utilize a strength-based methodology following the wraparound approach.
This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive weekly compensation, and reimbursement for activities.

Hourly Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Experience in community engagement and familiarity with local resources is preferred.
Bi-Lingual/Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

We highly encourage male applicants.

This role necessitates dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance coverage of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury liability.
