Key Competencies

Role Overview:

The Programmatic Trader plays a crucial role within the Beeswax Managed Service team, ensuring that our key clients achieve their objectives on our platform through effective campaign management and optimization. As a Programmatic Trader, your daily responsibilities will include setting up campaigns, trafficking creatives, troubleshooting issues, analyzing performance, and addressing complex inquiries from clients. Additionally, this role involves supporting Account Management in assisting clients with their in-housing initiatives by sharing and documenting best practices utilized by our team. Regular contributions to both external and internal documentation are also expected.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in programmatic buying on the Beeswax platform.
  • Manage and optimize your portfolio of campaigns to meet specified objectives.
  • Develop data-driven strategies and frameworks for optimizing new campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to establish realistic campaign targets.
  • Provide continuous feedback to our Product and Account Management teams to enhance our scalable solutions.
  • Deliver training and education for both internal and external teams on processes, platform usage, and optimization best practices.
  • Analyze, define, document, and refine Programmatic Trading processes and tools.
  • Engage directly with clients as necessary to support Account Management and Sales efforts.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Seeking a trader for the Beeswax Managed Service team, responsible for executing programmatic campaigns on behalf of clients.
  • Experience in trading, ad operations, and trafficking is essential.
  • Looking for candidates with a background in the programmatic advertising space or trading; experience in an ad tech company is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone for better coverage and support.
