Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Brewingz. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and drink orders, and delivering completed meals to customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time, well-groomed, and dressed in proper uniform.
• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Pickup orders in window and deliver completed meals to correct customers.
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service, refill drinks, and take any additional orders.
• Ring up bills and deliver to customers.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and courteous manner.
• Restock service areas and keep them clean.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to wipe down tables, pick up debris, and wipe down booth seats.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility and full range of movement throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate electrical or mechanical devices safely.
• Ability to maintain a strong personal image and uniform standards.
• TABC License and Texas Food Handlers permit required.
