We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies. As a Site Psychiatrist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide onsite psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients referred by medical and clinical services staff.
- Create written summaries of history, diagnosis, and treatment course.
- Provide psychiatric services for inpatients, including assessment, diagnosis, staffing, treatment planning, and regular review of assigned patients.
- Act as a regular Psychiatrist and participate in treatment programming and planning for the Behavioral Health Unit, if applicable.
- Provide medication management to all admitted patients.
- Provide individual and/or group therapy as needed.
- Approve, sign, and monitor the implementation and efficiency of treatment plans.
