Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and operate MRI equipment to perform exams, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams, adhering to MRI safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and efficient exam procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams, including imaging data and patient information.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in MRI technology and imaging techniques.
  • Adhere to LMH Health's policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and data security.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • ARRT or ARMRIT certification and MR registry within 12 months of employment required.
