TruFood Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to coordinate all planned work tasks for the Maintenance Department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend all Production Scheduling meetings to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
• Lead the daily Maintenance and Operations (MOPs) meetings to discuss work schedules, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
• Ensure parts for planned maintenance tasks are properly ordered and issued to minimize downtime.
• Utilize the CMMS system to generate PMs and work orders, and interface with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production departments to ensure timely communication and planning.
• Strive for zero confusion, zero misses, and zero fails in maintenance tasks.
• Be willing to assist off-hours to support business needs and complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance CMMS systems, with knowledge of Mapcon a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal customers and external resources.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and MS Project.
• Able to lift 50lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
