As a CNA at Eminence Home Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitoring vital signs and recording patient information.
  • Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • A current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
