  • Acting as a liaison for the Retail Support team.

Key Measures of Success:

  • Achieving proficiency in Retail Support and Relationship Banker processes.
  • Providing exceptional support to Retail staff through various communication channels.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Execute specific Retail Support tasks as assigned and assist with special projects.
  • Oversee system maintenance and verify the accuracy of updates made by colleagues.
  • Conduct verification of wire transfers before submission to the Operations Department.
  • Implement Reg. CC holds and process stop hold requests as necessary.
  • Support other departments with inquiries, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute positively to the overall success of the organization.

In addition, the role requires adherence to all banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and a proactive approach to identifying and reporting suspicious activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: An Associate Degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in banking or relevant administrative roles.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
