We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our Radiation Oncology team at Dartmouth Health. As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing patient assignments and flow within the clinic, providing oversight of patient care, and serving as a lead, clinical resource, role model, and extension of management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient assignments and flow within the clinic to ensure efficient and effective care.
- Provide oversight of patient care to support patient and staff needs, including mentoring and performance management of staff members.
- Serve as a liaison to other departments and clinics, addressing conflicts and facilitating orientation and training for employees.
- Oversee attendance and approve timecards, complete and submit weekly targeted tracers for the clinic, and participate in daily morning huddles and weekly team meetings.
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required; BSN preferred.
- 2 years of related supervisory/management experience.
- Must obtain and maintain clinical competencies as appropriate.
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills required.
- Demonstrated abilities with problem-solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility, and teamwork.
