Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Nurse to join our team at IDR Healthcare. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit setting
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit setting
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
