Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including dishwashing, cleaning, and organizing equipment and supplies.
  • Set up and maintain dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
  • Ensure floors are clean and dry throughout the shift.
  • Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
  • Change water in machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly use chemical dilutions.
  • Assist in the timely storage of food deliveries.
  • Maintain trash cans throughout the shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain the dry storage area and organization of storage shelves.
  • Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties.
  • Assist in food preparation and other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred
