Job Overview

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Site Director to lead our Before and After School Program in Long Hill, NJ.

As a Site Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of Guides who deliver exciting programs to our student Explorers in fitness, arts, technology, and more.

You will work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to oversee all aspects of the program site, including training Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks and encouraging creativity and intellectual curiosity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, be at least 21 years old, and have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.

Additionally, you must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations and provide proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing standards.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.00, part-time benefits, and a fun and supportive work environment.
