Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Account Manager and lead communications strategist, consultant, and coordinator for Advertising, Branding, and Creative Communications.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies tailored to meet the client's specific business goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the Corporate Communications department to provide insights that enhance ongoing planning and evaluation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for significant clients regarding their communication projects.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans that include timelines and budget considerations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs and objectives, ensuring effective communication.
  • Work closely with Creative Services teams across marketing, advertising, and creative development to ensure alignment with established strategies and quality standards.
  • Partner with clients and the External Digital Communications Channels team to improve online marketing efforts and ensure adherence to established protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in account management or creative project management within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency.
  • Proven expertise in analysis and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce integrated campaigns across various media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with work management tools.
  • Strong capability in addressing and resolving communication challenges with clients.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in providing strategic communications guidance to clients.
  • Comfortable working in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Proven strategic communication planning skills linked to measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High motivation and capability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills in both internal and external communications.
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Kanban principles is beneficial.
