Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare engineering design calculations and construction plans for residential, commercial, and roadway developments, including site grading, stormwater, utility design, and details.
  • Conduct code, entitlements, and general due diligence research to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Requirements
  • 5-15 years of Civil Engineering experience, with a focus on land development and project management.
  • Proven understanding of stormwater, utility design, and land development principles.
  • Experience with ICPR, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
