**About the Role**

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Michael Johnson - Waterstone Insurance. As a key member of our client service department, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. You will also need to be detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively with the team to provide timely and accurate information.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  2. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about insurance policies and coverage.
  3. Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring seamless transitions.
  4. Investigate and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

**Requirements:**

  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to learn computer functions and adapt to new technology.

**Salary and Benefits:**

This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include licensing paid by the agency, life insurance, 401(k) matching, bonus opportunities, health insurance, paid time off, and training & development programs.
