Job Summary

Palmer Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing full-service human resources services to our team members. This includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401K plans, and paid time off
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Support payroll processing, including approval of time records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Ability to be on-site
