Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide specialized support to our sales force and customer base, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of securities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales team and customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trading and operations departments to promote smooth execution and delivery of securities.
  • Utilize computer applications, such as market evaluation and portfolio accounting software, to support sales and trading activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions and customer needs, identifying opportunities to improve sales and trading processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of related experience in sales, trading, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
