About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our existing Information Technology Support team. This position involves providing technical expertise to ensure continuous operation of critical IT services for our diverse professional customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 0 and tier 1 IT helpdesk support to the Colorado State Legislature.
  • Analyze, log, track, and resolve software/hardware issues.
  • Effectively document customer service calls and assist with remote meeting troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Exceptional technical competency and customer service orientation.
  • Solid technical and business problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with initiative toward learning new skills and assignments.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • A benefits package that includes PERA retirement benefits, medical insurance coverage, automatic short-term and optional long-term disability coverage, life and AD&D insurance, flexible spending accounts, and credit union membership eligibility.
  • A minimum of three weeks of annual leave, based on tenure, and accrued on a monthly basis.
