Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated nursing professional to provide high-quality preventative, supportive, and nursing care to patients on all nursing units within our hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on all nursing units, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating assessments, interventions, and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities, including medication administration, treatments, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve the best possible results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, guidelines, and best practices in acute care nursing, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A current State of Utah Registered Nurse license or RN Compact license is required.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • BLS or BCLS certification is mandatory, with any additional certifications or training relevant to the department.
  • At least one year of medical/surgical acute care hospital experience is essential.
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program is necessary.
