About the RoleAs a New Grad RN, you will be part of a comprehensive 12-month residency program that focuses on three critical areas: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role. You will work closely with experienced nurses and mentors who will guide you in your journey, providing regular feedback and support to ensure your success.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, promoting optimal health, well-being, and safety
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in good standing
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
