Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team as a travel CT Technologist. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis and treatment
- Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Monitor patients during scans to ensure their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
- Experience working with CT scanners and other diagnostic imaging equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
