AWS Windows Server Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and protocols for Windows Active Directory and server management.

2. Design and assess solutions aimed at optimizing complex Active Directory domains and Windows server infrastructure throughout the organization.

3. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to execute intricate Windows server infrastructure projects that meet organizational business requirements.

4. Conduct regular systems compliance checks and capacity assessments, ensuring Windows servers are secure, updated, and adhere to industry standards.

5. Work in conjunction with cloud engineers and development teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.

6. Provide operational support, including server monitoring, patch management, and other necessary tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Over 8 years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Engineering.

2. Proficient in managing all facets of Active Directory and associated services and infrastructure.

3. Experience in supporting web applications hosted on Microsoft IIS.

4. Skilled in administering Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure.

5. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

6. Microsoft Certification in Windows Server versions 2016, 2019, or 2022.

7. Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, ideally with AWS Practitioner Certification.

8. Proficient scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell.
