Maintenance Director

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead and direct our team of maintenance technicians at Tyson Foods.

The successful candidate will oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment, foster a well-trained and motivated staff, and promote a 'Safety First' culture amongst our team members.

• Lead and direct a staff of 15 maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program for equipment and plant
• Measure, monitor and reduce machine downtime through data-driven decision making
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and electronic problems and direct/assist with repairs
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Basic PLC programming knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs

• A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year
