Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred
- Prior banking experience is preferred
- Prior supervisory work experience is not necessary but preferred
- Ability to interact with various levels of employees and management
- Ability to present and remain professional in front of customers and colleagues
- Ability to make sound decisions and think critically
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with colleagues
- Ability to demonstrate a sales initiative and meet sales goals
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds of force and perform physical demands of the job
