At Great Wolf Resorts, we're seeking an energetic and charismatic Entertainment Ambassador to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our entertainment team, you'll lead kids' activities, events, and character appearances, ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the resort.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kids' activities, events, and character appearances
- Interact with guests, creating a positive and memorable experience
- Perform high-energy brand events and experiences
- Responsible for character costume operations and maintenance
- Participate in seasonal event activities and learn new programming
Requirements:
- Comfortable speaking, dancing, and performing in front of large groups
- Some high school education or equivalent
- Flexibility regarding scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven customer service skills and communication skills
