Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Palletizer Operator to join our Production team at our Wayland location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating various food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run various food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Follow work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality
  • Recognize and report people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Forklift experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
  • The ability to work overtime and weekends
