Main Banker

Del Lago Resort and Casino is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Main Banker to join our team. As a Main Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions, and maintaining the security and integrity of our cash handling operations.

• Safeguard Company Assets: Safeguard company assets and adhere to all cage policies and procedures.
• Financial Transaction Management: Handle Team Member and guest financial transactions, balance all money transactions and paperwork, and prepare reconciliation reports accordingly.
• Customer Service: Conduct yourself in a gracious, kind, and warm manner that creates a sense of fondness, as well as professional, courteous, and responsive manner, which reflects positively on the company and its core values.
• Teamwork: Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions and fill in as Cage Cashier as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Banking and guest service experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests, and outside contacts, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, move around all work areas effectively and efficiently, and work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Training and Licensing: Attend required training sessions offered by the casino and obtain required license(s).
• Compliance: Perform duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations, take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco, and have knowledge of the Property's programs to address problem gambling.
